Master Cancel Covered Bookings
For bookings confirmed between late June 2020 – 8th January 2021 Master Cancel is included on your booking. You booking details will clearly state you have Master Cancel included covering your stay on your booking form. You may cancel your booking for ANY reason and receive a full refund for accommodation price paid. The booking fee is not refundable. You have to confirm your cancellation between 60-2 days before arrival. Refunds are paid back to you on the See you T&Cs for detail. Rescheduled stays from 2020 do not have Master Cancel included unless stated on your booking form. If you have Master Cancel on your booking none of the information below relates to your booking. You can cancel for any reason and get a refund.
For Non- Master Cancel bookings. If Norfolk House is forced to close by Covid Laws, Lockdowns or Roadmaps we will offer new dates to your group. Refunds will not be offered. If the house is open but you do not or can not attend you will have to claim on your travel insurance if you require a refund. If the lead bookers home address goes into to lockdown we will offer new dates. Please see your T&Cs issued with your bookings for full details.
You can add reasonably priced travel insurance to cover your stay here at Norfolk House. Covid is also now a known risk and it is possible for you to insure your holiday against it. This can include the customer or any of the party having Covid, the customer or any of the party having to isolate or quarantine, not been able to travel due to lockdowns and Tiers or you wishing to shield any Members of the party.

NON Master Cancel Bookings If your original booking was rescheduled due to Covid-19 your booking is not refundable not covered unless otherwise stated. Bookings from 2020 or 2021 which received a complementary rescheduled new date are non-refundable. However, we may offer a second new date at our discretion, please see your T&Cs for more details.
Master Cancel has terminated all its UK contracts as from the 8th January 2021. Any bookings with Master Cancel added will be honoured no matter what date the stay takes place. However, any bookings taken from 8th January 2021 onwards will not be covered by Master Cancel. For bookings made after 8th Jan 2021, We will offer you new dates if we have to close the house due to Covid restrictions. However, for other reasons, please ensure you have adequate travel insurance if you confirmed the booking after 8th January 2021.
