CANCELLATION TERMS

We highly recommend you take out the relevant travel insurance to protect your stay at Norfolk House (see below) If you decided to cancel we will try to resell your dates and offer a refund. However if this is not successful we wouldn’t offer a refund.

Covid Closure

If Norfolk House is forced to close by Covid Laws, Lockdowns or Roadmaps we will offer new dates to your group. Refunds will not be offered. If the house is open but you do not or can not attend you will have to claim on your travel insurance if you require a refund. If the lead bookers home address goes into to lockdown we will offer new dates. Please see your T&Cs issued with your bookings for full details.

Travel Insurance

You can buy reasonably priced travel insurance to cover your stay here at Norfolk House. which will cover you for unforeseen circumstances including Covid-19. Covid is also now a known risk and it is possible for you to insure your holiday against it. This can include the customer or any of the party having Covid, the customer or any of the party having to isolate or quarantine, not been able to travel due to lockdowns and Tiers or you wishing to shield any Members of the party.

Rescheduled bookings

If your original booking was rescheduled due to Covid-19 your booking is not refundable not covered unless otherwise stated. Bookings from 2020 or 2021 which received a complementary rescheduled new date are non-refundable. However, we may offer a second new date at our discretion, please see your T&Cs for more details.
