The hardest thing about planning a large group celebrations stay such as a HEN PARTY is getting the numbers right. It’s really important you get this right from the start to achieve a stress free hen party planning experience.
You would think it was a simple & exciting task to get a guest list together for the bride to be. You just ask people whether they want to come and everybody says yes. Right?

This is how it goes ⬇️
The bride invites 27 friends to be her bride tribe, they all say YES. So you start looking for a large luxury accommodation which accept hen dos, for 27 people.
You find the perfect house which all the bridesmaids agree on and you tell the property your keen to book the property for your bride shower.
The property then gives you the price of the accommodation & deposit amount required . You then divide this by 27 people and go back and tell the hens that price for the staycation.
You then ask everyone for the £50pp deposit to confirm the luxury holiday home.
You then get seven people coming back saying, actually they have had a think about it and they won’t be able to make it to the hen party celebration after all.
You are now down by seven guests so the price between 20 people for hen for accommodation is now considerably more per person.
The 20 Guests who have agreed to come, do not want to pay that more due to the dropouts. Understandable 😩
So you then have to start the process all over again looking for a smaller property for 20 people. This has wasted a month and all the best hen party houses have now been booked by others.
This point you wish you’d never said that you would help organise your best friend Hen Party. 🙁

❤️ Start with an email invitation do not do WhatsApp group. Tell the guests that the bride is very keen to book an accommodation as soon as possible and please RSVP and submit a £50 per person deposit to confirm your place on the trip!
Hey presto everyone who pays the £50 deposit is 100% committed to coming on the hen party.
Use a money collecting App like Colletiv to keep track of payments
Of course along the way you’re probably get a couple of people who may not be able to come to the hen party weekend due to changing circumstances.
Top tip you can get reasonable travel insurance to cover your whole stay from the Post Office for example. So if something happens you are covered. You can even Insurance against Covid.
