Hen do Itineraries
🪴 When planning a luxury hen weekend, try to keep it simple don’t try to plan in something in to every hour. Down time, getting ready and eating are all important factors.
🪴 You don’t need to spend a fortune on expensive activities. DIY afternoon tea, hot tub time and a karaoke party are fun and cheap things to do! (We have a karaoke machine & hot tub here at the house free for you to use)
🪴Don’t feel like as made of honour or chef bridesmaid that you have to do all the jobs yourself. Dish out some of the tasks to some of the other bridesmaids especially things like games, decorations and food. The other hens will love to get involved so ask if anyone wants to do or has special skills. For example someone may love to make a cake or design a hen party welcome board.
🪴It’s nice to get out of the house for an hour or two and we highly recommend popping down to our favourite escape rooms @stuckintheriddle and why not team that with having lunch at @thescullerykitchenand  If you want to get outwit out spending cash and picnic in the park is ideal and its only across the road.
🪴 it’s a great idea keep a couple of surprises back from the guests and bride so maybe don’t share the itinerary until people get there or maybe leave a couple of secret activities off the itinerary.
🪴Things like spa & wellness treatments are a great addition to a girls weekend. If not everybody wants one, we offer flexibility so as long as you’ve got six people who want to book our spa treatments the therapist will come. Why not treat the bride to some extra treatments and book her a couple maybe massage and a facial.
🪴Use @canva To design your itinerary print outs they don’t have to be too fancy these are simple and beautiful.
🪴Don’t forget its all supposed to be fun, so don’t stress yourself out trying to organise everybody, leave a little bit of breathing room and share the responsibility with the other bridesmaids & give them activities to plan that don’t involve you.
🪴Think outside the box, if you are looking for better deal or your chosen weekend is already booked 💰. Hen party accommodation will often be cheaper for a midweek and the school holidays.
🪴Our midweek 2 nights start from £180 per person. Our weekends are £220 per person.
🪴We don’t plan your itinerary for you but we do put you in touch with our fantastic local suppliers. So you are able to design your own bespoke hen party weekend.
🪴Keep the bride out of the loop let her concentrate on organising the wedding. She will be nicely surprise and touched once you reveal the carefully orchestrated weekend.
