Ensure the main bridal party and close family can make the date and let the other guests fit around this date.
Book your hen party house or accommodation at least 12 months in advance if possible. This way you don’t clash with other friends hens, weddings or holiday plans.
It sounds brutal but have a A B C guest list. A’s been the priority main bridal group and family, C are friends who you’d like to come but its not the end of the world if they cant make it. Ensure your A’s can make the chosen hen do weekend and then hope the B’s and C’s can slot in.
Most Brides to Be opt for our two night weekend stays for luxury hen party. A three night weekend which give you more time to relax and enjoy your stay. Some guest save the third night for close family and friends. our 2 night weekend is currently priced at £220pp and three nights is £250pp.
The 3rd and 4th weekends in July are usually popular family holidays so ideally avoid this for your celebration stay. Early September is often a tricky one too as everyone is in back to school mode.
Once your A’s have confirmed the date then and only then do you (maid of honour/bride or bridesmaids) send out your invites to all the invited guests. Always remember you will not get a yes from everyone, as an average guests often loose 4 guests once they ask for the deposit. So get this as eatery as possible. We sleep 21 guest with 24 on special request but expect 1-3 drop outs at the last hurdle.

The next step is collecting the deposits from your hens we take £50pp to confirm the dates. If your not sure of the numbers why not confirm just 16 (our min) and add on the others at a later date.
We offer great Sunday & Midweek deals which are often snapped up by hens with guests in the beauty industry & teachers in the group who like come in the school holidays.
